Job Description

Join MANIKO Nails as a Senior Analytics Engineer and take ownership of the data foundation that drives our strategic decisions. Work end-to-end with our modern data stack to develop scalable models, clarify complex data structures, and deliver actionable insights. Build reliable data pipelines according to modern standards, from modeling and orchestration to monitoring and data quality, creating a stable foundation for all teams. Develop reusable data models, define metrics, and ensure consistency across the organization. Establish standards and governance for our data stack to enable scalable analytics frameworks. Translate complex data into clear visuals, enabling informed decision-making. Collaborate with our Analytics Lead, Lisa, and contribute to our vision of making data-driven decisions at Maniko.

Qualifications

1. Requires at least 3 years of practical experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a comparable role. 2. Must have a strong understanding of data modeling and proven experience building or scaling reporting structures. 3. Must have solid SQL skills and experience with dbt and a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI. 4. Requires experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake. 5. Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is required, along with an interest in integrating them into modern analytics workflows. 6. The quality of work must be non-negotiable. 7. Team spirit, curiosity, and the mindset to speak up when we can do something better.
