Senior Analyst Reporting – Commercial

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis. This role involves developing and maintaining standardized reports and visualizations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews. The Senior Analyst will also collect, validate, and structure financial and operational data from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting. The position also entails: Analyzing financial performance and key business drivers to provide meaningful commentary and insights. Performing periodic checks and controls on data quality, including validation of reporting parameters, hierarchies, and business dimensions. Responding to ad hoc reporting requests from Finance, Business Units, or Executive Management, balancing speed with accuracy. Providing recommendations for improving reporting processes, including report rationalization, automation opportunities, and visualization standards. Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have: 1. 3 years of financial planning, analytics and process improvement experience 2. Strong analytical skills 3. Strong communication skills 4. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders 5. < 5% travel 6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance-related field preferred 7. MBA or MS in Finance-related field preferred 8. Experience managing financial systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Anaplan), experience with Anaplan preferred
