Senior Analyst, People Systems
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide expert system and end-user support for our Oracle Cloud HCM application within a complex and dynamic environment. You'll be instrumental in analysis, issue resolution, and managing system enhancements. Engage with quarterly releases, offering key recommendations and communicating essential changes. Provide essential production support across diverse Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits. Serve as the primary escalation point, tackling intricate system configuration issues, integration challenges, unexpected results, and process inefficiencies. Support system migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches by reviewing functionalities and designs, and managing end-to-end user testing. Collaborate with functional owners to convert system needs into clear requirements, ensuring effective communication of capabilities and limitations. Enhance operational efficiency by developing, documenting, and maintaining comprehensive business process workflows. Interface seamlessly with project teams, business partners, and vendors, maintaining strong focus on improving employee self-service transactions. Utilize Oracle AI technologies to optimize workflows, improve decision-making processes, and pinpoint automation opportunities throughout the organization. Leverage expertise in Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) to provide data-driven insights. Personalize the user experience to simplify navigation and promote ease of use. Formulate test plans/scripts, carry out detailed testing scenarios, and validate results to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
1. Associates Degree 2. 3 or more years of experience in Human Capital Management systems supporting, preferably within Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) 3. Knowledge of setup and support within Human Capital Management Systems, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM 4. Understand the HR business processes supported by the HR systems 5. Foundational knowledge of HR subject matter and services, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, performance, and learning 6. Strong customer service, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems creatively 7. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
