Join Empower as a Senior Analyst, Lean Process, and drive enterprise-wide improvement projects. You will oversee the implementation of sustainable process improvements, measuring and reporting results to ensure expected business outcomes. Leverage your skills and change management expertise using Six Sigma principles. Collaborate with leadership to define and implement continuous improvement, assist in developing improvement roadmaps, and support the deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, and other quality tools. Be responsible for team communications, diagnose workflow impediments, benchmark performance, define requirement metrics, build strong relationships with leaders, and motivate a culture of lean thinkers.

Qualifications

1. Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is desirable. 2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required. 3. Minimum of 5-8 years of lean, six sigma, continuous improvement experience. 4. Proficiency in applying Lean principles. 5. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading process improvement projects. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills. 8. Experience using process improvement tools. 9. Capable of working independently under ambiguous conditions. 10. Demonstrated ability to function independently in a high-impact position with deadline and resource constraints.
