Senior Analyst

Job Description

Join eClerx as a Senior Analyst and take responsibility for resolving variances between goods receipts and invoice receipts to ensure accurate and timely financial posting. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Receiving/Warehouse, and Vendors to investigate discrepancies. Clear GR/IR balances and support month-end close activities, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred) 2. At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or GR/IR reconciliation roles 3. Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and 3-way matching 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis 5. Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and efficiently identify discrepancies 6. Effective written and verbal communication skills 7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
