Senior Analista de Projetos

Brazil – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects at a managerial level from start to finish. This role involves structuring and maintaining project governance, ensuring role clarity, communication flow, tracking rituals, and executive visibility. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, quality, changes, acceptance criteria, and stakeholders. Formalize discussions, decisions, referrals, pending issues, and responsible parties, ensuring traceability and institutional security in all relevant interactions. You will also prepare and maintain executive minutes, status reports, action plans, decision records, risk logs, and management tracking materials. Conducting monitoring meetings, governance forums, and committees, ensuring formal registration of deliberations and next steps is also a key aspect. This position acts as an interface between legal business, administrative areas, technical teams, and suppliers, promoting alignment and resolution of impediments. Managing critical stakeholders, including in contexts with multiple approvers, control bodies, and high institutional sensitivity. The position also involves monitoring project progress through milestones, deliverables, indicators, risks, and critical dependencies, avoiding excessive control practices over the operational routine of the teams. Anticipating deviations and blockages that may compromise deadline, scope, quality, compliance, or adoption of the solution. You will support homologation, rollout, training, entry into production, and change management processes, with attention to functional and institutional adherence. Promoting structured escalation of critical issues, with objectivity, formal registration, and focus on decision-making is also a key part of the role.
