Job Description

Global InfoTek is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to contribute to our R&D program focused on RF emitter identification. Key responsibilities include: 1. Designing, building, and validating machine learning models for RF emitter identification, encompassing feature engineering, training pipeline development, and iterative model refinement. 2. Conducting exploratory data analysis on RF sensor datasets using Python and Jupyter notebooks, characterizing feature distributions, and identifying data quality issues. 3. Implementing and maintaining ML data pipelines, including ingestion of sensor streams, application of preprocessing logic, and construction of training datasets on constrained edge hardware. 4. Collaborating with technical leads to investigate RF sensor data quality, attribution reliability, and feature behavior, writing code to characterize error sources. 5. Producing clear technical documentation of experiments, model configurations, and results, ensuring reproducibility and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following: 1. 5+ years of applied experience in machine learning, data science, or RF signal processing. 2. Proficiency in Python for ML and data science, including PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development and Pandas/NumPy for data manipulation. 3. Hands-on experience designing, training, and evaluating deep learning models, particularly metric learning or Siamese networks, on real-world datasets. 4. Practical experience handling real-world data quality problems, such as missing values and class imbalance, and the ability to diagnose and address them. 5. Ability to develop and run ML pipelines on Linux-based systems without cloud infrastructure, optimizing for CPU-only inference. 6. Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) with 5–7 years of applied experience.
