Senior AI Governance Engineer

Job Description

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Governance Engineer to design and implement governance frameworks for Power Platform and Copilot Studio for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include defining environment strategy, DLP and connector policy design, and ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and identity standards. This role involves providing technical leadership, advising on best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, as well as developing ALM strategies and operational support models. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, communicating platform strategy and risk implications to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of enterprise experience with Microsoft platform delivery, focusing on Power Platform governance in a multi-environment context. 2. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, PPAC). 3. Expertise in Power Platform governance: environment strategy, DLP policy design, managed environments, access control models. 4. Experience with Copilot Studio, including agent governance, security, and interaction with Microsoft 365. 5. Understanding of identity, security, and compliance concepts (Entra ID, least privilege, conditional access). 6. Ability to engage with clients, articulating strategy, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences. 7. Familiarity with pro-code extensions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, custom connectors, Azure DevOps pipelines) is a plus. 8. Ability to work remotely within the United States with overlap for Eastern and Central business hours. 9. Strong understanding of Microsoft AI and automation platforms governance at enterprise scale.
