Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Join our Global Engineering Network as a Senior AI Engineer. You will design, build, and deploy next-generation AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, driving business transformation at scale. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end AI lifecycle, building scalable ML pipelines, developing AI-driven automation solutions, implementing MLOps best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical AI architectures, and staying updated with emerging AI trends.

Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering. 3. Strong programming skills in Python. 4. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). 5. Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs / NLP systems. 6. Experience building data pipelines (ETL, Spark, Airflow, etc.). 7. Solid understanding of: Machine Learning and Deep Learning, NLP, information retrieval, or recommendation systems. 8. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 9. Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). 10. Experience working in production environments (MLOps, deployment, scaling). 11. Experience with: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents / multi-agent systems, Large-scale distributed systems. 12. Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. 13. Contributions to open-source, research, or patents.
