Senior AI Developer

Job Description

ProArch is looking for an experienced Senior AI Developer to build scalable, end-to-end applications and integrate AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies. The perfect candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern search/retrieval systems. You will also need the ability to design and deliver intelligent applications such as chatbots and LLM-powered solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent). 2. Strong proficiency in Python, C#/.NET with hands-on experience building scalable backend services. 3. Experience developing end-to-end solutions, including integration of AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies. 4. LLM-powered applications (chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems, agentic workflows) 5. Search and retrieval systems (BM25, vector search, hybrid search) 6. Embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search pipelines 7. Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including production operations. 8. Data structures, API design, system design, testing methodologies, and security best practices 9. Ability to communicate effectively, document technical designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
