Join team.blue as a Senior AI Data Scientist and drive innovation across our organization. You'll dissect intricate, multi-domain business challenges, prioritizing return on investment and key performance indicators to pinpoint optimal technical solutions from the initial concept phase to full-scale production. Leverage data science, classic machine learning techniques, and generative AI (GenAI) to unearth valuable insights. Take charge of developing, implementing, and automating resilient data science and machine learning models and pipelines, encompassing feature engineering, model creation, assessment, iterative training, and deployment. Convert advanced analytical discoveries and model results into transparent, actionable recommendations for stakeholders, demonstrably boosting value and enhancing vital business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and deliver cutting-edge Data Science, ML, and AI solutions. Stay abreast of the newest Data Science, ML, and AI advancements, integrating them to refine our systems. Document procedures, code, and insights for future reference and collaborative knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

1. Possess 8+ years of practical experience tackling data science and machine learning challenges to address tangible business needs. 2. Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL programming, along with familiarity with essential Data Science and ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and PyTorch. 3. Exhibit the capacity to analyze problems from foundational concepts. 4. Possess a comprehensive grasp of statistical and ML algorithms, methodologies, and approaches, including deep learning and Large Language Models (LLMs). 5. Showcase experience in employing statistical concepts (e.g., regressions, A/B tests, clustering, probability) to resolve business issues. 6. Excel at conveying narratives through data visualization. 7. Display robust problem-solving capabilities coupled with exceptional communication and documentation skills, capable of transforming analysis into compelling and persuasive content. 8. Capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
