Senior Agile Product Management Manager

Join Cigna Group as a Senior Agile Product Management Manager, where you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with business leaders and tech teams to align on product direction. Lead product development using Agile methodologies, including backlog management and prioritization. Oversee the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch and continuous improvements. Facilitate planning sessions and ensure regular feature releases. Provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps. Mentor and develop product managers and owners. Leverage data and AI insights to enhance product performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 2. 10+ years of experience in pharmacy product management. 3. At least 2 years of experience leading product teams. 4. Experience in Agile environments, delivering successful products. 5. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 6. Familiarity with Agile tools like Scrum, Kanban, or Jira.
