Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Advisor to guide clients and partners in the strategic planning, development, execution, and monitoring of property and casualty insurance projects. You will play a crucial role in developing and updating policies, standards, models, and programs to support these initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, analyzing, and diagnosing major issues, providing insightful recommendations to decision-making bodies. Additionally, you'll represent our unit before these bodies and advocate for Desjardins' position in agreements with external partners and organizations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of six years of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge of French is required. 4. Advanced proficiency in English is essential due to the nature of the duties and interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients. 5. Action-oriented with strong business insight. 6. Excellent communication skills with a focus on the customer. 7. Ability to navigate differences and demonstrate interpersonal savvy. 8. Exhibit nimble learning and a strategic mindset.
