Senior Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic clients, serving as their main point of contact. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to contribute to revenue growth. Lead executive meetings and present performance reports. Develop a deep understanding of the clients' operations, proposing tailored solutions. Monitor key performance indicators, work with internal teams, anticipate potential risks, and ensure excellent customer experience throughout onboarding, ongoing success, and renewals.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. 2. Demonstrated history of managing strategic accounts and boosting revenue. 3. Excellent communication and client relation abilities. 4. Analytical and results-focused approach. 5. Experience negotiating and managing contract renewals. 6. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. 7. Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
