Senior Account Manager, Hospitality

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Account Manager and drive growth and retention within the hospitality sector. Prospect and acquire new hospitality customers, collaborate with specialists to increase category penetration, and grow share of wallet with existing accounts. Service and retain revenue from current customers and maintain customer information in CRM.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2. Minimum of 4 years outside sales experience with at least 1 year of hospitality OS&E experience 3. Demonstrated success in B2B field sales to large enterprise accounts within the hospitality industry 4. Strong hunter mentality with a focus on acquiring new hospitality customers 5. Exceptional presentation skills for customer-centric proposals 6. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record 7. Proficient in the Microsoft suite of tools 8. Experience with Salesforce preferred 9. Spanish proficiency is a plus
