Job Description

Take the helm as a Senior Account Management Manager, spearheading health plan and payer account strategies within our specialty pharmacy division. Mentor account management leaders, oversee service metrics, and shape account strategies to align with enterprise priorities and payer dynamics. Act as a key leader in our account management strategy, leading teams and improving client outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2. Extensive experience in health plan, payer, specialty pharmacy, or PBM account management. 3. Demonstrated senior-level people leadership experience managing managers and/or complex portfolios. 4. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders. 5. Experience leading payer or health plan portfolios within specialty pharmacy or complex healthcare environments. 6. Proven track record of driving operational improvement and risk mitigation across large or complex accounts. 7. Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategy, performance, and organizational development.
