Senior Account Executive – Workday Healthcare

Job Description

Drive sales within our Workday practice, cross-selling consulting services and Cloud solutions like ServiceNow. Collaborate with Client Managers and Workday teams to convert leads into opportunities. Engage in sales and pre-sales activities, achieving goals through referrals and interactions with Marsh accounts. Develop targeted methods to address business needs, evaluate account expectations, and respond to RFPs. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts with the business value of our solutions. Leverage expertise in operating company solutions to maximize profit while serving client needs. Ensure quality service by checking in with stakeholders throughout the sales process and after sales transactions. Attend and plan conferences to maintain a professional network.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree 2. 4 to 8+ years of experience with ERP or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications 3. Consulting leadership experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, UltiPro, ADP or similar 4. Ability to articulate a broader value proposition that includes the full scope of Workday, HR Transformation, Change Management and other advanced technologies 5. Ability to work within a matrix environment working across lines of business, Clients Managers and key Consultants 6. Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology 7. Experience consulting with clients on implementation strategy 8. Experience presenting software solutions in front of technical and business audiences 9. Ability to build strong relationships within the prospective organization inclusive of identifying and cultivating a strong coach within the account 10. Experience in driving strategic sales strategies designed for the C-suite level 11. Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential
