Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market

Job Description

Cultivate strong customer relationships by deeply understanding their business needs and industry position, crafting sales strategies for each sales cycle stage. Lead sales efforts, coordinate strategy, and use internal resources to deliver competitive solutions and sales plans. Develop and manage account plans using sales methodology across multiple accounts. Design and oversee strategies for customer accounts. Manage multiple accounts and planning to meet sales goals. Create strategies to build and manage pipeline, meeting short-term and long-term sales targets. Expand network with internal and external partners to boost sales and impact. Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive decision-makers. Create value-driven presentations and business plans for customers.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience, with 2-3 years in SaaS or the fleet industry preferred. 2. 4+ years of account management or related experience. 3. Proven success in managing the full sales cycle for enterprise deals, focusing on ROI, senior-level engagement, organizational change, and partner/leadership selling. 4. Results-focused with strong communication skills, collaborative, and driven to exceed quotas. 5. Skilled in solving complex problems using analytical skills and sound judgment. 6. Organized with the ability to manage pipeline, multiple accounts, and time-sensitive priorities. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 8. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
