Senior Account Executive
Job Description
Flagright is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across various deal sizes. This role involves closing deals with fintechs, banks, and financial institutions, maintaining a conversion-focused pipeline, and driving expansions for long-term account growth. Responsibilities include building pipeline through inbound, outbound, and proactive market activity, traveling across Europe for events and customer meetings, and developing expertise in Flagright’s platform. The Senior Account Executive will also position Flagright against competitors, coach junior AEs and SDRs, and provide market feedback to influence product direction, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
Qualifications
1. 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility 2. Startup or scale-up experience required 3. Enterprise sales experience preferred 4. Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure 5. Comfortable owning deals end-to-end across varying deal sizes and sales cycles 6. Strong written and verbal communication 7. Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
