Spearhead top-of-funnel initiatives by augmenting marketing efforts with targeted prospecting. Cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to end-users. Take ownership of your territory, fostering connections with key stakeholders within target accounts. Aim to integrate our offerings into customers' long-term strategies, identifying their needs and tailoring solutions from our portfolio. Execute New Relic's sales process to secure substantial, long-term subscription agreements. Generate precise forecasts, expand the sales pipeline to meet booking targets, meticulously document activities in Salesforce, and keep sales management informed. Delve into each account's business model and tech infrastructure. Stay updated on potential market shifts by monitoring public data on the company and its rivals. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of New Relic's product suite, effectively conveying its business value to clients.
Qualifications
1. Possess 7-10 years of relevant experience. 2. Showcase extensive quota-carrying sales experience as an account owner in a software/technology firm, emphasizing new business development. 3. Exhibit tenacity and a track record of achieving results with urgency. 4. Have a history of securing multi-year, subscription-based SaaS deals. 5. Demonstrate the capacity to foster relationships through insights on quality, manufacturing, and strategic best practices. 6. Display excellent leadership and the ability to effectively manage sales support teams indirectly. 7. Be recognized as a domain expert by client accounts. 8. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
