Job Description

Join New Relic as a Senior Account Executive and achieve sales targets for allocated accounts. Develop sales and marketing plans, be a trusted advisor to customers, identify new sales opportunities, and manage executive discussions. Ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This role requires a solution-based approach, complex sales process management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

1. Requires 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or cloud-based applications. 2. Requires 5+ years of experience in expansion sales and farming accounts. 3. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 4. Requires 7 years of upselling and cross-selling experience in expansion accounts. 5. Requires a good network and connections within Indian conglomerates and large enterprises. 6. Requires continuous success in enterprise sales. 7. Requires networking skills with senior professionals. 8. Requires a technical background with a basic understanding of infrastructures and the SaaS industry. 9. Requires independent operation in a complex environment. 10. Requires experience with SFDC and software business tools, including Tableau, PowerPoint, Zoom, etc. 11. Requires experience selling to C-level executives. 12. Requires strong technical aptitude. 13. Requires passion and commitment to customer success. 14. Requires ability to sell a platform. 15. Requires strong time management skills. 16. Requires proven consultative sales solution skills.
