Job Description

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is looking for a Senior Account Associate to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team. Working under the guidance of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer, you'll independently resolve moderately complex customer service issues. This role involves directing day-to-day activities and workflow, tracking policy expirations, handling policy endorsements, conducting client research, assisting in contract reviews, monitoring reports, and maintaining agency management systems. Qualifications

1. Must have 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry 2. Must have thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs 3. Must have active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred 4. Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 5. Must possess exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills 6. Must have proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 7. Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
