Job Description

Join Marketplacer as a Seller Onboarding Specialist and drive success for enterprise brands on our global marketplace. This role involves: 1. Managing end-to-end seller onboarding and activation. 2. Conducting seller enablement workshops and communications. 3. Assisting sellers with platform setup and catalogue integration. 4. Overseeing onboarding workflows and tasks within established SLAs. 5. Ensuring product data accuracy and marketplace compliance. 6. Serving as the main operational contact during onboarding, collaborating with Customer Success. 7. Identifying and resolving potential risks or delays through proactive troubleshooting.

Qualifications

To excel as a Seller Onboarding Specialist, you'll need: 1. Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS operations, or onboarding roles. 2. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 3. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, CSV uploads, and workflow management tools. 4. Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. 5. A proactive and accountable approach to managing multiple workstreams effectively.
