Security Projects Agent
Job Description
We are seeking a Security Projects Agent to conduct security assessments in constituency offices and Members' residences across Canada. This role involves identifying vulnerabilities, recommending and overseeing the installation of security improvements, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will travel across Canada to perform various risk assessments. This is a great oppurtunity to provide safety around Canada and grow your security skill set.
Qualifications
1. Post-secondary diploma in physical security, security management, or project management, or equivalent experience. 2. Ability to obtain and maintain at least a Secret-level security clearance. 3. Experience in physical security and knowledge of physical protection methods and practices. 4. Experience in security planning and/or working on medium to large-scale capital, refurbishment, and/or facilities projects. 5. Extensive experience and knowledge of project management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies. 6. Experience working with professionals in architecture, engineering, security, construction, and procurement. 7. Experience reading and interpreting architectural, mechanical, and/or electrical drawings, including site and building plans, to ensure compliance with security requirements.
