Security Partner Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Security Partner Manager to identify, recruit, and onboard vetted security partners across your market. You will build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to ensure high performance, monitor field activity, resolve service issues, and align partners to key performance metrics. You will also support the adoption of our platform through training, demos, and operational guidance, as well as collaborate across internal teams to streamline processes and scale efficiently. Expect to travel regularly within your market to conduct client visits, supplier meetings, and platform demos. Remote support for business operations in adjacent or emerging markets may be needed.
Qualifications
1. 4+ years in operations, vendor management, or multi-site field service (security preferred) 2. Proven success managing regional accounts, service vendors, or field-based partnerships 3. Strong sense of ownership - drives results, meets goals, and moves things forward 4. Confident problem-solver with high accountability under pressure 5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities 6. Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling is a strong plus 7. Comfortable working within CRMs and updating records in real time 8. Bonus: Recruiting, onboarding, or supplier development experience
