Job Description

Dive into Netflix's ecosystem as a Security Analytics Engineer, uncovering fraud insights through infrastructure and product understanding. Identify high-risk areas, driving changes to anomaly detection and product experiences. Leverage security and fraud prevention expertise to analyze patterns and recommend adjustments. Develop data-driven insights to influence device and product security strategy. Track anomalous request patterns and suggest mitigations. Design and champion data-driven security enhancements. Analyze error logs to quantify potential device-level vulnerabilities and build insights into the security of Netflix's diverse device ecosystem.

Qualifications

1. Passionate about protecting our customers & products. 2. Expert with analytics (SQL, Presto, sparkSql, python) and critical thinking. 3. Experience in signal development for classification and anomaly detection. 4. Experience in metrics development and storytelling that drive business decisions. 5. Familiarity with various aspects of fraud and abuse types, including account compromise, piracy, or DDoS. 6. A strong communicator & collaborator in varying contexts & environments.
