SEC Reporting Analyst
Job Description
Join our team as a SEC Reporting Analyst and contribute to the preparation and support of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, and Section 16. You'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls. Responsibilities include assisting with financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules. Conduct technical accounting research, prepare related memos, and support audits by coordinating with auditors, legal counsel, and internal teams. Enhance financial reporting and disclosure while staying informed on SEC and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. 2-5 years of relevant experience. 3. Public accounting experience preferred. 4. SEC reporting experience for a U.S.-listed public company. 5. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting. 6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
