Job Description

As a Scrum Master at Vonage, you'll play a crucial role in guiding teams toward Agile excellence. Your responsibilities include: 1. Training and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices. 2. Employing a data-centric approach to monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement. 3. Fostering open communication and collaboration within and across teams. 4. Identifying and resolving impediments that hinder team progress. 5. Facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders. 6. Supporting Release Train Engineers in SAFe event planning and execution.

Qualifications
