Scrum Master

Job Description

Manage incoming requests effectively for the responsible team. Maintain strong relationships with both the team and the client. Ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. Facilitate a consistent work pace for the development team by proactively resolving blockers, anticipating potential risks, and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies, principles, and practices. Also responsible for administrative tasks, including monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or any undergraduate degree with postgraduate studies in IT. 2. Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master on IT projects. 3. Knowledge of object-oriented development. 4. Experience coordinating, supervising, or supporting teams. 5. Software requirements analysis and elicitation skills. 6. Expertise in agile development methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. 7. Experience in systems development projects. 8. Experience in overseeing public contracts. 9. Proficiency in Business Process Management, workflow, and BPMN. 10. Knowledge of software testing practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
