Job Description

As a Scrum Master at NovoPayment, you will: • Effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective). • Identify, record, and resolve impediments that block the development team's progress. • Guide the team and organization in understanding and applying agile values, principles, and practices. • Monitor and communicate team metrics and lead retrospectives. • Protect the team from external interruptions and unplanned scope changes. • Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the backlog. • Act as a change agent for the organization. • Incorporate AI tools into the team's daily operation.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Scrum Master, you should have: 1. Engineering in systems, administration, or related fields. 2. More than 3 years in agile software development environments, in the payments, banking, or Fintech industry. 3. Minimum 2 years in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles leading software development teams. 4. Native Spanish proficiency. 5. English proficiency (technical reading and communication with suppliers). 6. Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II or CSM). 7. SAFe Scrum Master certification (desirable).
