Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: 1. Master’s Degree in Counseling. 2. 2+ years of experience in a school setting. 3. State Required School Counselor Certification. 4. Minimum 2 years school-based experience providing IEP-based counseling services. 5. Experience in writing IEP-based SMART goals, documenting measurable session notes, and data tracking for progress monitoring. 6. Demonstrates Professional Integrity & Accountability through ethical behavior and policy adherence. 7. Effective Collaboration & Communication skills to contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. 8. Adaptability & Problem Solving skills with a growth mindset. 9. Cultural Competence & Time Management skills to manage tasks efficiently.
