Job Description

Fulfillment IQ is seeking a highly motivated SCALE WMS Consultant to spearhead the implementation of Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. This role involves actively participating in the design, configuration, and execution of WMS implementation projects. As a subject matter expert, the consultant will leverage in-depth knowledge of functional areas such as inbound, outbound, inventory management, material handling equipment (MHE), and client-specific business activities. Collaboration with the client's team is essential to understand business needs, address issues, and adapt existing functionalities. Responsibilities also include creating detailed documentation of requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs), facilitating functional and user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting operational and technical challenges within the SCALE WMS and its integrations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency through continuous improvements in people, processes, and technology.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in Manhattan Scale implementations. 3. Strong understanding of supply chain principles with expertise in warehouse management. 4. Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse operations. 5. PL/SQL expertise, with a basic understanding of cloud technologies. 6. Hands-on experience with SSRS, MHE, new site rollouts, and automation. 7. Good knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE. 8. Ability to provide front-line support to warehouse staff, from training to daily support. 9. Experience troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications. 10. Extensive hands-on experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume, multiple warehouses, and multiple building operations.
