SAP SME – Training Specialist
Job Description
Identify and suggest improvements for SAP and GTS Operations to boost performance and satisfaction. Assist with intricate issues related to purchasing processes, tools, and systems. Offer support in critical Inside Sales roles, managing complex order placement. Conduct regular training for the Inside Sales team. Aid sales teams in assessing their needs. Work closely with Inside Sales teams to promote progress. Develop and maintain SAP documentation for the Inside Sales team.
Qualifications
1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 2. A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience. 3. Possess 2-5 years of experience in building SAP queries. 4. Proficient in SAP: Material Master, SD module purchasing, API integration, SRM SAP, or ERP implementation. 5. Solid knowledge of SAP, Salesforce CRM, MS Office, and MS Teams. 6. High attention to detail. 7. Strategic thinking and tactical implementation abilities. 8. A good understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and products. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Comfortable communicating with non-native English speakers. 11. Strong self-organization and time management skills. 12. Able to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once. 13. Business and financial insight with strong analytical skills. 14. Willing to travel.
