SAP Security/GRC Consultant

Job Description

Seeking an SAP Security/GRC Consultant to lead projects involving assessment, design, and implementation of security measures for clients. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and designing SAP security roles. You'll configure GRC Access Control components, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and provide gap analysis, risk assessments, and remediation plans. Additionally, you'll support clients during audits, offer strategic advice on security best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure SAP landscapes. Conducting end-user training and staying updated on SAP security trends are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

1. Requires a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience. 2. Must have 3+ years of SAP Security and GRC consulting experience with multiple end-to-end implementations. 3. Hands-on expertise with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Security is essential. 4. Strong experience in configuring SAP GRC Access Control modules is necessary. 5. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are a must. 6. A proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and delivering quality results on time is required. 7. Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) is important. 8. Deep understanding of Business Process controls, IT General Controls, and IT governance is needed. 9. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes and technologies are vital. 10. Understanding of internal/external audit procedures is necessary. 11. Ability to support audits and provide accurate data is required. 12. Ability to retrieve, analyze, and report data from various sources is essential. 13. Up-to-date understanding of Cloud Services and multi-cloud environments is a plus. 14. Experience with SAP Identity Management (IdM) is beneficial. 15. Knowledge of cloud-based SAP security and hybrid environments is advantageous. 16. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. 17. Project-related mobility/willingness to travel is necessary. 18. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 19. More than 7 years of experience in Financial / IT compliance, risk management, IT audit, and/or IT controls is advantageous. 20. SAP Security or GRC certifications are a plus.
