Job Description

Join our digital & system integration team to build, test, and deploy the Corporate/Enterprise Services instance of S4 HANA. Collaborate with diverse teams to standardize future business processes. Work with RTX Business Units, Enterprise Services, and Corporate Functions to enhance future processes. Assist in implementing key system updates affecting the General Ledger and financial integrations. Review Corporate ledger data for S4 implementation. Update Corporate Accounting Standard Work for new S4 processes. Foster collaboration across Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions. Support change management aligned with the oneRTX vision.

Qualifications

1. University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of experience. 2. Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of finance or accounting experience. 3. Experience in aerospace & defense finance, particularly within R2R functions. 4. Strong background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting. 5. Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools. 6. Travel up to ~25% as needed.
