SAP Mobility & Scheduling Expert – Utilities

Job Description

Take the lead in the complete delivery and execution of SAP Mobility and Scheduling projects for utility clients. Analyze intricate end-to-end business operations and data requirements across various business sectors. Develop and oversee project documentation, including Business Process Documents (BPDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Collaborate with both onshore and offshore development teams. Provide support for Integration and User Acceptance Testing phases. Design and configure comprehensive Mobile Work Execution solutions that integrate SAP ECC or S/4 HANA. Develop and implement optimal scheduling and dispatching methods using tools like SAP FSM and SAP RSH. Establish and configure mobile transaction workflows for work order lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of expertise in the utilities sector, technology, and SAP services. 2. Successful completion of at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations within the utilities industry. 3. Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency in SAP Mobility & Scheduling. 4. Solid background in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / EAM configuration and/or business process understanding. 5. Functional knowledge of SAP ISU / CR&B implementation elements and their integration with SAP PM/EAM. 6. Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field is desirable. 7. Exceptional skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, and executive demeanor.
