SAP HCM Consultant

Job Description

We're searching for a SAP HCM Consultant to provide technical guidance for HR process implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on HR processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing, optimizing, and implementing customer-specific HR processes. You will also prepare functional specifications, facilitate workshops, and closely coordinate with stakeholders, as well as support customizing tasks in SAP HCM. This role offers a chance to leverage your expertise and contribute to impactful HR solutions within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

1. Several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g., PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS). 2. Solid understanding of HR processes and their mapping in the SAP system. 3. Experience in customizing within SAP HCM. 4. Desirable: knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP).
