SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead to manage the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions based on client specifications. The role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams to examine, design, and improve business processes, as well as working with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into practical SAP solutions. Responsibilities include providing direction and support during project phases such as requirements collection, configuration, and testing, as well as identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Leading workshops and training sessions will also be required to empower end-users and assure solution adoption.

Qualifications

1. Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations. 2. Requires a strong understanding of the insurance and financial services industries. 3. Requires proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. 4. Requires knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM. 5. Requires experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. 6. Requires excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 7. Requires fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. 8. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
