Salesforce Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to support and improve Quote-to-Cash processes enabled through Salesforce, including platforms such as Zuora or RCA. You will deliver assigned projects and enhancements on time by applying sound development practices, estimation, and execution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting scripts, workflows, and integrations across applications. Assess current implementations and contribute to roadmap planning to improve existing customizations alongside new requests and feature releases. You will build strong working relationships with business partners across GTM, Finance, IT, and Legal. Also, support testing efforts and help develop test plans based on business requirements and solution design. Validate that deployments impacting core systems and integrated tools such as RCA, Zuora Quotes CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Avalara, Conga, and DocuSign are documented and tested prior to production release. Finally, you will document project requirements, system design details, milestones, deliverables, open action items, deployment details, and approvals in JIRA.

Qualifications

1. Requires 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in QTC functions. 2. Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Flows, Custom Fields, Gearset, Validation Rules, and Visualforce Pages. 3. Experience with Zuora or Salesforce CPQ; RCA experience is a plus. 4. Team-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and third-party solution providers. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Flexible, positive, and able to work effectively in a complex and fast-moving environment.
