Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage our Salesforce platform, which supports over 500 users. Your responsibilities will include user account maintenance, generating company reports and dashboards, creating workflows, and handling other routine administrative tasks. You'll also conduct regular system audits to prepare for upgrades and manage integrations with our Salesforce instance, including tools like Outreach, Zendesk, and Docusign. Coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests will be a key part of your role, as will collaborating with the Revenue Operations team to support administrative, development, and change management initiatives. Furthermore, you will develop and implement a platform governance strategy, assist in training new users, and enhance Salesforce skills across the organization.

Qualifications

1. Must have 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 2. Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory. 3. Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is also required. 4. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related applications, systems, and processes is essential. 5. Must be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and capable of meeting multiple deadlines. 6. Strong time management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities are necessary. 7. A self-starting attitude and a desire for challenging assignments are expected. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 9. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning is a must. 10. Experience with tools like Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, and ZoomInfo is a plus. 11. Prior experience working with a SaaS/subscription-based sales model is preferred.
