Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, which includes creating quotes, proposals, and presentations. Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring client and deal information accuracy. Coordinate follow-up communications with potential and existing clients. Keep track of sales activities, pipeline stages, and reporting metrics. Manage inbound sales inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member. Help schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding.

Qualifications

1. Possess 1+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination. 2. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 3. CRM tools experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. 4. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 5. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. 6. Capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively in a remote setting.
