Job Description

Collaborates with data scientists and product managers to assess AI models within sales processes. Pinpoints areas for enhancement and elevates conversation quality in AI-driven sales platforms. Confirms AI outputs against practical sales settings. Establishes essential metrics and benchmarks for evaluating model effectiveness. Contributes to data annotation and enriches comprehension of sales stages. Aids in crafting tailored prompts for AI to resonate with diverse buyer profiles. Keeps abreast of the newest sales strategies and CRM technologies.

Qualifications

1. Requires 7+ years of demonstrated sales experience (B2B Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Leadership). 2. Requires advanced language proficiency in Chinese. 3. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. 4. Must possess a strong grasp of the complete sales funnel, pipeline administration, CRM principles, and various sales methodologies. 5. Analytical capabilities to scrutinize conversation records. 6. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing). 7. Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
