Join our team as a Sales Specialist and drive sales cycle efficiency at Ascension Business Solutions LLC. In this role, you will: - Conduct engaging discovery calls and sales demos. - Clearly and confidently present our services, tailoring your approach to meet client needs. - Ensure prospective clients grasp the value and expected outcomes of partnering with us. - Manage sales opportunities from initial demo to securing signed agreements. - Professionally address objections, guiding prospects towards informed decisions. - Maintain consistent and strategic follow-ups with leads. - Cultivate urgency while adopting a consultative, client-focused sales methodology. - Keep accurate records in GHL or another CRM system. - Track prospect interactions, follow-ups, deal stages, and next steps meticulously. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. - Achieve strong conversion rates from demos to finalized agreements. - Deliver a top-tier, professional experience throughout the sales process. - Build strong client relationships through clear and effective communication. - Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries. - Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager.

Qualifications

To thrive in this Sales Specialist role, you should possess: 1. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development. 2. High confidence in conducting demos and securing deals. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 4. Capacity to quickly establish rapport and guide prospects in their decision-making. 5. Strong discipline in follow-up and effective pipeline management. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems like GHL (a plus). 7. Comfort in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
