Sales Specialist – General Care, DACH

Job Description

Drive the systematic positioning of the General Care portfolio (devices, software, solutions, and services) with clients in the DACH region, collaborating closely with Strategic and Key Account Managers. Act as a product expert throughout the sales cycle, providing clinical, technical, and commercial insights. Develop customized product and service configurations, including proposals, upgrades, and pricing, to expand business with current clients. Conduct engaging proposal presentations, product demos, client trainings, and participate in congresses and internal events. Formulate and implement sales and positioning strategies, analyzing needs, forecasting, and aiming for target achievement. Monitor market and competitor dynamics, providing structured feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Policy teams. Work with Customer Service and internal teams to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Completed degree in Medical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, or a comparable clinical qualification. 2. Several years of experience in sales of medical systems, solutions, services, or consulting in healthcare. 3. Deep understanding of healthcare processes, especially in general wards and General Care. 4. Good medical and technical understanding, with an interest in IT, software, and eHealth. 5. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills. 6. Independent, structured work style with high initiative and willingness to travel. 7. Excellent German and English skills and proficiency with MS Office and modern IT tools.
