Job Description

Join Avantor as a Sales Representative in Southern Arizona. You will be responsible for all sales activities within your assigned territory, developing and executing strategic plans to expand sales. Collaborate with sales leadership and support teams to provide Avantor solutions to diverse customers. Optimize revenue growth through effective sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and execute company-defined sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

1. College degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic sales setting. 3. Verifiable history of sales success. 4. B2B sales experience, ideally with distribution expertise. 5. Scientific background or experience in a laboratory or research environment is a plus. 6. Excellent interpersonal capabilities. 7. Ability to use sales methodologies effectively (e.g., SPIN, Challenger). 8. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com). 9. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
