Job Description

Seeking a Sales Representative to boost sales of our product lines within a specified territory. The role involves actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and employing effective sales strategies to gain market share. Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends within the CRM system. Achieve sales goals by attracting new customers and growing business with current clients. Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or similar sales experience, ideally in manufacturing. 2. Minimum of 2 years’ outside sales experience. 3. Valid driver's license required. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. 7. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills. 8. Capable of independent work while adhering to company sales goals.
