Job Description

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Sales Representative to develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals in Poland. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, implementing market development initiatives, and using remote sales tools effectively. The representative will deliver product presentations, engage with customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and educate them on our products and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. 3. Excellent communication skills, essential for engaging with customers and internal teams. 4. Strong goal orientation, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. 5. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the sales process. 6. Positive attitude towards remote work and the flexibility it entails. 7. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs and business demands. 8. Experience in the medical device industry or a hospital environment is preferred. 9. Proficiency in Polish is essential for effective communication with local customers.
