Job Description

Embark on a fulfilling role as a Sales Representative II, where you'll be instrumental in generating fresh sales by cultivating leads, recruiting new surgeons, qualifying potential clients, and conducting impactful sales calls. Focus on expanding our existing business while pioneering new opportunities for growth. Operate independently, leveraging company resources to drive revenue and surpass established sales targets. Execute marketing strategies, proactively pursue new clientele, and implement strategic action plans as directed by the District Sales Manager. Address customer concerns in accordance with company policy, escalating issues beyond your purview to the District Sales Manager promptly. Stay informed about competitor activities, providing updates to the District Sales Manager. Maintain accurate customer records and submit timely call reports as requested. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and trade shows. Support the field training of fellow sales personnel as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to execute company initiatives effectively. Develop and maintain an annual business plan with quarterly updates. Provide exceptional service to customers, tailored to their specific needs. Respond promptly to reporting requirements and uphold company policies with the highest ethical standards. Manage business operations within assigned budgets, keeping company profitability top of mind.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. 2. Associates Degree plus 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. 3. Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. 4. Ortho, spine, or O.R. experience. 5. Proven ability to sell effectively by partnering with surgeons and introducing new devices or procedures. 6. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in selling value-added programs. 7. Comprehensive understanding of anatomy and ability to explain it effectively after sales training. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of growth and change. 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 10. Capable of working independently with a high degree of accountability.
