Join Honor as a Sales Representative, guiding families through initial conversations about in-home, non-medical care. Utilize customer service and sales expertise to connect with potential clients via phone, managing 80-95 inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and precision. Match client needs to appropriate care solutions, clearly communicate services, secure commitments, and schedule consultations. Consistently track activity and follow-ups using CRM tools, aiming to exceed individual and team sales goals, including call volume, conversion rates, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3+ years of experience in phone-based sales or customer service (inbound and outbound). 2. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is essential. 3. Experience in a high-volume call center setting is preferred. 4. You should thrive in a metrics-driven environment and be motivated by targets and incentives. 5. Must be an empathetic communicator, balancing compassion with confident sales skills. 6. Remote work experience is vital, along with effective time management and virtual team connectivity. 7. Home care, healthcare, or senior services experience is highly advantageous.
