Job Description
Join Baxter International Inc. as a Sales Representative for Global Surgical Solutions in the Nord region. This role involves promoting and developing the sale of medical solutions for operating rooms to healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring, promoting, and developing the sale of medical solutions designed for operating rooms (operating tables, surgical lights, etc.) to healthcare professionals in your territory. * Prospecting, identifying, and following up on regional public and private targets. * Implementing action plans for the territory (calendar, activities, resources, budget, etc.). * Managing forecasts and keeping information rigorously up to date in SFDC. * Working with Commercial Management to build an offering that best meets customer needs while respecting Baxter’s national strategy. * Selling service contracts at the point of sale.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: 1. Successful experience of 2 to 5 years minimum in a sales role within the healthcare sector. 2. Knowledge of the hospital environment and the healthcare sector. 3. Knowledge of the operating room environment would be a plus. 4. Experience managing regional healthcare institutions (e.g., general hospitals, university hospitals, clinics). 5. Experience developing a regional business plan.
